AuctionLegalPack Academy · Live online cohort · Small group · Dates and fees to be announced
Know what you're agreeing to before the hammer falls.
A practical course for property investors. Learn to read an auction legal pack in the right order, put the costs and timing it discloses into your numbers, and go to your solicitor with sharper questions, before you are committed.
Led by Tariq Mubarak. Tariq has over 25 years' experience in property law and reviews auction legal packs for investors.
At a traditional auction you are usually committed when your bid is accepted. The time to understand the pack is before that moment, not after it.
What you'll be able to do
Read a pack in the right order. Go to the documents that decide the deal first, instead of starting at page one.
See the costs the price doesn't show. Spot the sums the special conditions add on top of your bid, and build them into your numbers.
Bid with your timetable in view. Check deposit and completion terms against your finance before you commit.
Use AI without trusting it blindly. Use AI tools to triage a pack, and check what they miss.
Get more from professional advice. Arrive at your solicitor with the right documents, the right questions and time to act on the answers.
Practise on realistic lots. Work through fictional lots built to reflect the issues that come up in real packs.

Working with your solicitor: what to send and what to ask
Education, not advice
The Academy teaches a method. It is not legal advice on any property, pack or transaction, and it does not replace advice on a specific purchase. If you need a specific pack reviewed before you bid, that is a separate service: you can order an Auction Legal Pack Report.
